01Who pays for LLM tokens?
You do. Company Agents runs your own CLI adapters (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, OpenClaw, OpenCode, Hermes, Pi) which use your own API keys. We don't markup tokens. We don't proxy your traffic. Your subscription covers the desktop app, cloud sync, team features, and support. LLM costs are between you and your provider.02What happens if I cancel?
You drop to the Free tier at the end of your billing period. Your local workspace, companies, agents, and history all stay on your machine. Cloud sync pauses and your audit backup stops rolling forward. Re-upgrade any time to resume.03Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on Team, Business, and Enterprise with a 17% discount (2 months free). Monthly billing is available on all paid tiers.04Can I mix seats across plans?
Within a team, everyone is on the same plan. You can upgrade the whole workspace at any time and the new seats prorate against your current cycle. Individual Pro subscriptions stay separate from team workspaces.05Is there a trial for Team and Business?
Yes. 14-day trial on Team and Business, full feature access, no card up front. Enterprise runs on a custom POC scoped with our sales team.06Do you have startup or nonprofit pricing?
Yes on both. YC, Techstars, and a16z portfolio companies get 50% off Team and Business for 12 months. Registered 501(c)(3) and equivalent nonprofits outside the US get 50% off permanently. Reach out through our Discord for details.07How does the 3-seat minimum on Team work?
Team starts at 3 seats ($45/month minimum). You can leave seats empty — we don't charge for unfilled seats below the minimum, we just won't let you go under 3. If you need 1 or 2 humans, Pro is the right tier; you still get unlimited agents.08Is there a refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email us, no questions, full refund. After 30 days you can cancel any time and you'll be refunded any unused prepaid annual portion.
