Company Agents is a native desktop app. When an agent runs, it spawns a child process on your machine that talks to your CLI adapter (Claude Code, Codex, etc). Your prompts, your code, your files, your API keys: they never leave your computer.
Our cloud exists only for account state, workspace metadata, and the optional sync layer. You can run the app offline indefinitely and we will not know.
