The short version

You can use Company Agents as long as you do not break the law with it, do not try to abuse our cloud service, and pay your subscription if you are on a paid tier. We will run the service in good faith and tell you before we make a breaking change that affects you. Refunds are available within 7 to 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.

Who this is between

These terms are between you and No Code Africa (Pty) Ltd, the legal entity that operates the Company Agents service (“Company Agents”, “we”, or “us”). “You” means the person or organization that installs the desktop app or signs up for a hosted account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you share them, you are responsible for what the other party does on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us right away through our GitHub security advisories page.

What you can and cannot do

• You can use Company Agents to run any legal business workflow, including ones that involve AI agents acting on your behalf.
• You cannot use Company Agents to generate content that violates any law, infringes on copyrights, or targets a specific individual for harassment.
• You cannot try to reverse engineer the cloud control plane, attempt to access another account, or run denial-of-service attacks against our servers.
• You cannot resell Company Agents as a different product, white-label it, or claim you built it.

Third-party API keys

Company Agents is a bring your own keys product. You supply the API keys for Claude, OpenAI, Google, or whichever providers you choose to run. You are responsible for anything you spend on those providers. We do not charge a markup on tokens, and we do not proxy or see the traffic between the agents and the providers.

Payment and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle you chose. You can cancel any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. What we provide and what we do not

Company Agents is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that every agent run will produce correct output, or that the cloud control plane will be up 100 percent of the time. Business and Enterprise plans include written SLAs; Free and Pro plans do not.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data stored outside the cloud control plane.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We can terminate your account if you break these terms in a way we cannot reasonably ignore, after giving you a written notice and a chance to fix the problem, except in cases of serious abuse where immediate action is warranted.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will post a note in the changelog and send a notification inside the desktop app. Continued use of the product after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, where No Code Africa (Pty) Ltd is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
