Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 to 14 days of the original purchase date. After that window, purchases are final. Refund requests are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through our GitHub Discussions or via Discord within the refund window. Include the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until then. After the billing period ends, your account moves to the free tier. Your companies, agents, and history are preserved.
Managed by Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. All purchases are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles tax collection, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We take billing accuracy seriously and will work with you to resolve any issue.
